Mission Statement:

 

The Public Works Department strives to provide unsurpassed quality services to the citizens of Chippewa Falls in the most efficient manner. In addition, the Department promotes business, residential and commercial growth and a high quality of life. The Department aims to keep citizens well informed, active and participating in community life and intend to protect the Chippewa River, Duncan Creek and the local environment.

 

Function:

 

The Public Works Department designs, constructs, manages and maintains infrastructure including streets, sidewalks, storm and sanitary sewer systems, water mains, bike and pedestrian paths, warning siren systems, street lights and traffic signals.

 

 

Hours:             8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.  Monday thru Friday
