The 2am-6am parking restrictions for the residential areas have been suspended for this winter season due to spring thaw conditions.  The 2am to 6am parking restrictions in the downtown area do remain in effect year-round.

Overnight parking on city streets is restricted city-wide between November 15^th and March 31^st.  City ordinance prohibits the parking of vehicles on city streets for more than 30 minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.   This restriction applies to the downtown business district year round.
